I had an issue with my room after the first night with noise I perceived as coming from the kitchen. Front desk didn't question me and assigned me another room on the second floor. The day shift manager repeatedly asked me, when she saw me, if I was happy with my new room to which I replied, yes. This was the best experience I've had in recent years when traveling and when I checked out I told the same manager that I would be back next year when I come to visit family.
