We stay here several times a year during ski season. Staff are amazing and always have enjoyed the food at Anthony’s Chophouse and Oyster bar. Our bathroom was clean and beds were nice. Tub area was a little worn but clean and slippery. Pool area nice but very crowded this trip and could use a little tic. Can’t speak highly enough about the staff they are fantastic and why we come back.

This was our 3rd stay at Nugget. Clean and comforatble rooms with good view of mountains and city. Liked their inside swimming pool, kids enjoyed a lot in the pool.

Rooms had dust, were dirty. House keeping Disney remove previous occupants personal hygiene clothing from one of the drawers. Disgusting level of dust seems around the room. Hair threads on the bed.

The room is average. Nothing good or bad about it. No room service at all. Typical hotel room. When I checked out, I was charged $5.95 for merchandise fee. I asked what it is? Counter told me that everyone got this charge and this is for using their credit card machine to pay for the hotel charge. Yes, they charge $5.95 for using their POS machine to charge my credit card. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard: I am not surprised that the hotel is inviting a class action lawsuit.

Front desk and gift shop staff were amazing room was very nice the cafe staff were horrible the manager wasn’t helpful to her staff and stood around instead making it impossible to be sat or waited on being a server myself I found her to be inefficient at her job and should have helped her staff
