"The staff was extremely professional. Our room was spotless and modern with excellent amenities. We had forgotten about casino smoking, it’s a given for casinos, but definitely had forgotten! Our room had zero trace of smell though. It was so clean!"

"For such a busy hotel it was the quietest two week stay I have ever experienced! For first-timers, though, registration should, somehow, be MUCH easier to locate, but overall it could not have been a more pleasant stay."

"We had a great time staying in Bally’s for the first time and will definitely be back! It was snowing a lot the whole time, but snow was cleaned right away and we could drive where we needed to. Pool and hot tub were such a good addition, we used it every day, kids loved it. Shopping and food is close by. "
