The hotel is very good. Breakfast is delicious. The staff is friendly. The pool works well and the timings are very convenient. I recommend it to everyone and will return myself if I come to Salt Lake City

We were out of town in Hospital ICU , my husband was life flighted. They made our stay very comfortable and helped us keep same room when we kept having to extend our stay. Having breakfast and laundry was great since we only packed for 3 days..today is 8 days. Such wonderful employees.

second time staying at Crystal Inn. The location is great, easy walk to Delta Center and downtown Salt Lake. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast was good, the accommodations were clean and comfortable, w new beds, and easy parking. All-in-all a great choice for affordable lodging in Salt Lake.

The pool, hot tub and sauna were all very clean and the perfect temperature. That’s rare. The breakfast buffet was quite nice too. Way beyond the usual stale muffin and zero calorie yoplait. The front desk gal was very nice and friendly as well.
