"Wow what can i say before i boooed this propery i contacted them they told me lies i wanted balcony with the river veiw but in person they daid its a totally different building i went there to propse to my wife the heaters snd underfloor heating was not working the matinence persoj come many times and the lady at reecption said this same thing hapoend with the heating last week paying so much for a hotel ruined my whole experience and they not even sorry for it very bad service and fake pictures...

Amazing stay

"This hotel was really nice from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The staff always welcomed you and were all really friendly. The room was so lovely; we had a kitchenette in our room and it had everything you would need, even for a week away, I think you would be very happy with it. The bed was also very comfortable and the shower was lovely. We'll definitely be returning to this hotel when we are back in London. "
