"The reception at the hotel was poor with recognising my booking and requirements When I was shown to my room I was told I would need to wait 30 mins for the hot water. I expressed my views and was given a different room. When I tried to use the shower it was no more than a trickle, I reported it, however it was not fixed nor was I informed that it hadn't been fixed.
