"It was clean and the restaurant was good and reasonable. The room was so small you could barely move around. To use the toilet, you had to stand by the side or squeeze under the sink. On two occasions I had to call security because of the noise until almost midnight. One night the fire alarm went off at 3am. There were no amenities other than a hair dryer. "We were moved to another hotel which house refugee's & other’s that had two 24 hr security guards. Why? So really felt unsafe. We had two gentlemen follow us in a car? Why? This should not be allowed, we should of been told & words cannot express the frighteningly terrible experience."

"They never cleaned our room during our 5 night stay. The breakfast costs money and literally only consists of muffins. And our room was in a basement area 6 flights of stairs down with no elevator"
