"the only issue during our stay was the doorman/porter. they don't allow us to use their hand track to bring our luggage up to room. Meanwhile, they are too short handed to assist the luggage. Ended, we were standing at the front door and waiting for the porter to move the hand track for more than 30 minutes. "

"As the Scandinavians say, the property was very "hygge." Cozy but small. A taller person might not have a great time. Elevators were on the slow side, but I just hit the stairs. Restaurant downstairs was affordable for being downtown. "

"About 50 minutes from ORD (including a half mile walk from Clark/Lake station). Centrally located for seeing downtown Chicago. Room is modern, simple and an efficient use of space. The technology integration is an interesting feature allowing guests to experience a bit of smart stay (blinds, curtains, lights, and TV all controlled from a UI on an iPad mini in the room. Check In/Out was mostly self-service with a front desk staff there to assist if there were any issues. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Citizen M."
