"Lovely hotel great location in the heart of Madrid "

"Mixed feelings. My opinion its not a 5 stars hotel. Missing some major features. Also, breakfast isn't included. In order to pay €7 less you have to prebook? And the place wasn't busy at all. Gym is on the rooftop, but to get there one has to get outside and walk the stairs. Anyway, bot coming back."

"Hotel was overall very nice, buffet breakfast choice was great and staff were good too. Only negative I experienced was how thin the walls are between rooms ~ I could hear the neighbours talking clearly. ( in bathroom particularly) Wasn't a big deal as was out most of the time but not what you expect from such a hotel. I would recommend staying here."

"Owner was very helpful in providing maps and guides for the most important cultural sites in the city. He was very accessible for any issue and responded immediately to any question or concern. We were made to feel ver comfortable, secure and at home. "
