"Lovely hotel. I've stayed in many hotels in Madrid. This is my favorite. Staff is friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere is nice and has beautiful views from the terraces. My flight arrived very early, and I was lucky enough to get in my room. The location is convenient. Near the Prado and good restaurants."

They provided top customer service & and the rooms were luxurious, well maintained and comfortable. We paid extra for dining in and enjoyed the amenities. The food was amazing, all the attractions, accommodations, dining options, and transportation were close by. We enjoyed the hotels Spa services & recommend them highly. I would give this a 12/10 review."

"Beautiful hotel, unbeatable location, friendly staff, the breakfast was very good and available until noon. We walked to most places but there’s also a taxi stop right outside so super convenient. The train station is also about a 15 min walk. "
