Only negative I experienced was how thin the walls are between rooms ~ I could hear the neighbours talking clearly. ( in bathroom particularly) Wasn't a big deal as was out most of the time but not what you expect from such a hotel. I would recommend staying here."

"This hotel is in a superb location. You have Atocha train station on the other side of the roundabout. A massive park just across the street. Three of the best art museums in the world surround the hotel. Shopping and great restaurants/nightlife just outside the door. Oh, and the hotel is great too. I was in a room on the seventh floor that had a balcony. Very comfortable room. Only issue was the shower leaked water outside onto the floor. This happens in many hotels. I would highly recommend...
