"Mixed feelings. My opinion its not a 5 stars hotel. Missing some major features. Also, breakfast isn't included. In order to pay €7 less you have to prebook? And the place wasn't busy at all. Gym is on the rooftop, but to get there one has to get outside and walk the stairs. Anyway, bot coming back."

"This hotel is in a superb location. You have Atocha train station on the other side of the roundabout. A massive park just across the street. Three of the best art museums in the world surround the hotel. Shopping and great restaurants/nightlife just outside the door. Oh, and the hotel is great too. I was in a room on the seventh floor that had a balcony. Very comfortable room. Only issue was the shower leaked water outside onto the floor. This happens in many hotels. I would highly recommend...

"Really nice hotel with great amenities in the surrounding areas.. Staff were very warm and friendly which made our stay very pleasant. Highly recommended!"

"Nice and clean room with good heating and all we needed for two nights. Great location close to everything but not too crowded area. Old building with thin walls so noises from doors, upstairs neighbours and people waking up and down the wooden stairs can be heard and can bother a bit but at night we were so tired that we slept ok. Some noise from the street during the afternoon as we were facing the front and at street level but at night it was fine. "
