The usual issue that every resort has, people leaving stuff on pool chairs to reserve them and you do not see anyone in them for hours. "The rooms are old but clean and comfortable. However, the first night they put us in a room the size of a closet (no kidding). We complained and were able to change rooms the second night. The staff seemed a little put off but we didn’t care - the room was much nicer. Also glad we didn’t go for the all inclusive. The food and drinks at the hotel were not great. There are so many good local restaurants and bars - you’re much better off eating and drinking outside the hotel. "

"I love staying at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and the room was exceptionally clean. They seem to take a lot of pride in keeping their guests happy. The hotel itself is located in a really good area. There are a ton of restaurants nearby that are easily walkable, and the ocean is only two blocks away.
