"The staff was friendly and the hotel was perfect for a quick trade show we went to at McCormick Place. There didn't seem to be an option to have the room made up on the 2nd night which I would have preferred."

"Our overall stay was great. Didn't like they hold $150 day for incidentals and the $80 day parking charge. The hotel had no pool or room service. Everyone at the hotel was very nice. "
