"My family stayed at Rinka's lovely two-storey home in Osaka for 3 nights in December. We received impeccable communication prior to arriving so we knew exactly what to expect when we arrived. We were provided with everything our family needed during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, with a separate bedroom for each of us. The home is within walking distance to a train station as well as some great shopping and restaurants. If we are ever in Osaka again, we will not hesitate to stay here again. "

"This was our first time visiting Osaka and the apartment was perfect for our family travels. Hossy is a gracious host and met us at the apartment to give us an overview of the neighborhood, things to do (and things to watch out for as tourists!) The apartment is clean, cheerful, and charming, with everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, a much needed break from the crowds in Namba. We were close to the subway, JR, restaurants, groceries, and Daiso. Highly recommend for travelers coming to Osaka and wanting some peace and quiet at the end of the day. "

"Hello. I was able to extend my stay by two weeks but I had to contact the management company directly. The people were nice and the process was relatively painless. To do this through Expedia would’ve been more troublesome, I think. The part about GGH that I did not like was when the cleaning staff would come in a clean things up. I had to kind of stay out of their way and they came off as a bit standoff-ish and rude. However, other than that, the other staff were fine. I also think that the TV’s in the rooms could be more accommodating for hooking up DVD players, and computers and such. How they are mounted on the walls makes it very difficult to hookup a computer or DVD player as you are not able to access the back of the TV. There’s no refrigerator or kitchen at GGH, short term stays are best. No longer than three weeks is best. It’s also best to get food that doesn’t require refrigeration. Also I think GGH, should make it easier for guests to contact them, as the hostel is un-manned. Perhaps they should have a land line phone at the hostel that guests can use to reach them. Overall, I would stay at GGH again. I probably will. Thank you. "
