"The staff were super friendly and very accommodating when I informed them about my medical needs. The rooms are clean and a standard size for Japan. The bed was quite comfortable. Fresh towels everyday and they will clean your room perfectly if you place the sign on your door. Most of the literature in the hotel also has an English translation, so bonus!
