"The room was much smaller than we thought it would be, which was fine, however it would have been nice to have under-bed luggage storage (which other APA hotels have). Security was great-have to tap your card to go in the lift up to the rooms. 5 minute walk to USJ. Food in Universal city mall. Just a bit of a trek to come from central Osaka. Self-check out via machines. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend to stay. Staff were friendly. Water machines on each floor. No complaints."
