"This is our first time staying here. It's basically part of the Airport. Super soundproof! Very friendly and great service like Celine from Guest services and they offer a free membership program which gives you 10% off and more. We ordered the Butler steak, which was very lean, great taste!"

"The hotel is right in the heart of Vancouver and just a block away from the Queen Elizabeth Theater. We had a room on the 18th floor with a large balcony which was a really nice retreat. Plan on staying here again."

"Always the best experience. The hot tub was not in service which we should have been notified of before and during the stay as we always do the hot tub at hotels with so much walking we do. Other than that, it was just the best time. "
