"We liked the friendly staff, the size of the hotel, the location and the bar/lounge (evening). We felt the room was clean. The parking was convenient. We did not like the beds/bedding and found the shower head was low."

"The staff were absolutely amazing! We were able to check in early, check out late, they held our bags for us while we shopped. The pool, although small, was so well maintained and clean. They went above and beyond! Yes, the rooms are dated, but they are immaculate. We will definitely stay again!"

"Shuttle bus service is really good. Already waited for me when I arrived at the airport. Front desk employees are so nice. That is customer service that I want! All staff are so nice and friendly. Will return if I visit Vancouver again! Good team!"
