"As an Expedia VIP I received an amazing room upgrade to an ocean view! Also received a $100 credit for food and beverage. A few small things I’d change but overall very comfortable room, well located and the view! What I disliked was the lighting. Impossible to do my makeup with yellow colored lighting. Also should have low lighting in bathrooms. A few snacks and mini bar in a hotel of this calibre would also be welcome! "

Second, there wasn’t very good communication about items such as what was expected of us in terms cleaning (eg taking out recycling), or how things worked in the hotel (eg are towels provided at the pool-yes). On the plus side: it was really clean, has a great location, and was well appointed. "
