"This place was a 10/10. Staying here was the best decision I made during my trip. The staff were lovely, the hotel was clean and well organized. Our hotel room was very clean! We stayed in the room with a hot tub and soaking after being out all day was so relaxing. If you planned on watching tv, forget it because they’re very poor quality with limited channels. However, being so close to Clifton Hill, I doubt anyone would want to stay in and watch TV anyways. It was amazing being a very short walk away from all of the food and attractions, making it so we could come home late without worry. Breakfast was hot with a great selection, perfect to get you going for the day. Overall I would 100% come back and stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Niagara Falls. "

"Viewing was amazing "

"We arrived very late. Front desk staff checked us in quickly, friendly and told us about the local area. The room was huge- The toilet had a brown stain in the pan. The hotel did not have another room they could move us too but allowed us to use the bathroom in a spare room until the morning. The room was cleaned to our satisfaction the next morning. The shower/bath outlet became blocked but cleared when we were out for the day. The free breakfast did not appeal to us but looked tasty and plentiful. We also did not use the pool. Dinning options in the local were varied and good. Local bus and UBER was very close. The falls could be reached in about 15 mins walk down the Clifton Hill or a few minutes on the bus or UBER. We thought the area was very safe at night. Car park was large and had an overflow. Checkout quick and easy. With many other hotels of the same standard in the area we would stay here again as it meet our needs."
