"We arrived very late. Front desk staff checked us in quickly, friendly and told us about the local area. The room was huge- The toilet had a brown stain in the pan. The hotel did not have another room they could move us too but allowed us to use the bathroom in a spare room until the morning. The room was cleaned to our satisfaction the next morning. The shower/bath outlet became blocked but cleared when we were out for the day. The free breakfast did not appeal to us but looked tasty and plentiful. We also did not use the pool. Dinning options in the local were varied and good. Local bus and UBER was very close. The falls could be reached in about 15 mins walk down the Clifton Hill or a few minutes on the bus or UBER. We thought the area was very safe at night. Car park was large and had an overflow. Checkout quick and easy. With many other hotels of the same standard in the area we would stay here again as it meet our needs."

"Arrived for a conference, was greated by friendly staff who where very accomodating. Room was large, clean and bed was very comfy. Location of hotel was convenient to all amenities. Highly recommended."

"Walking distance from the Falls. Interior pool. Near of everything: Casino, restaurants, etc. Recommendation: Extend the breakfast time."
