"I have stayed many times in north east Wales for work but first time to try Beaufort Park. The hotel has a 1970s Swiss chalet feeling with the expanse of pine in the lobby. Check in was good and quick but my room was quite a walk from the reception. I didn’t use any of the facilities or have breakfast. Despite opening the window the room was very warm which made it difficult to sleep but other than that, it did what was needed. "

"Great stay but no information in room about hotel etc & no aircon so we had to wedge the door open which was not ideal. Dark haired girl on spa reception was not very helpful, every time I asked a question she just said look at the website. We had no idea there was a spa world until we came out & spoke to the lady upstairs who was helpful & showed me around even though it was closed. Very helpful if we decide to come back "

"Great location. Brilliant room. Really quirky. Not really riverside views as promised instead more car park views. Giving motel vibes! Continental brekkie a bit naff with world's smallest croissants but my partner said full english was good. Excellent customer service and would return. Htrat for parking too as free parking until 3pm on day of departure. "

"I have stayed in two of the apartments (3 and 5) - both have an equipped kitchen/living area, two bedrooms with bathrooms, and a washing machine. Apartment 3 is on the ground floor. Apartment 5 is on the first floor (up stairs) has an additional powder room. The apartments are located in an annex within easy walking distance of the hotel and all the sites in the city centre, about 100 yard, close to the city wall and River Dee. Parking is a bit crowded - barely enough space if all the apartments...

"Good location, grounds and facilities. But for the price and a 5* hotel they were a few niggles such as the bathroom needed some bleach around the shower and sink plug hole ect. For the luxury they're advetising deep cleaning should be an obvious but didnt looked like it had been done. And masses of cobwebs around the doors to get into rooms. "
