"We’ve just got back home from this trip and we were delighted after staying in this property. Highlights: Easy check in, spacious room with terrace. Location is awesome. In between the two main areas of interest and Right next to plaza del Sol. Downs: our first option for the room was to has city views therefore we’ve decided for the room with a balcony but after realizing how small the balcony is we switched to go with the king bedroom with terrace. On this platform and on the official website all the (scarce) pictures mislead you into believing the terraces have city view. Only after checking in we’ve found out there are balconies with no view at all but a tall wall even though I couldn’t find a statement in the descriptions about the possibility of having terrace with no view. It felt shady. Staff training also would be appreciated as the bar man at pool bar seemed to not have much clue of what he was doing and the door man simply answered “impossible” with not much of initiative after asking for a taxi on a rainy day at check out. Eventually another guys got us a taxi. Hotel is compact yet (not super) luxurious and has a nice rooftop. "
