"The hotel is in a need for renovation. The bathrooms are way too old. We visited the hotel also about 7 years ago and it’s aging quickly. It’s conveniently located within a walking distance to the grounds of Australian Open tennis tournament (the reason for our staying there), but for the next visit to Melbourne we will select a different hotel."

"We enjoyed the pool and the location was fantastic and central. The property itself, decor, paint, and general maintenance was lacking. Rooms were well serviced and it was clean. Staff were friendly."
