Staff, environment and vibe of the resort was perfect only few things needs to be fix was room service furniture found old and rusted apart from that all was good. We were a little surprised to discover they were actually a duplex setup but it wasn’t an issue and we rarely heard our adjoining neighbours. Also loved how family friendly the park was with soo many facilities and activities available"

The one I don’t like is when we arrive it’s look like our cabin it’s not mop properly missing brooms need extra dishwashing cloth or pads dishwasher have the smell need to clean . "We stayed at Turtle Beach as we needed 3 bedrooms and had a 3 year old with us. The pool/play areas were great and very well maintained. The unit itself was large, clean, and very comfortable. Easy 5 min walk to a supermarket, chemist etc. The onsite restaurant was very nice with enormous meals. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend . We didint mind the fact that the whole space is very dated, tired and in need of a makeover. "
