"We experienced a wonderful stay and great location. Even better with the swimming pool and small lawn for the children to play. "

"The pool is a highlight. Great spaces to relax and enjoy the property and the island. Great convenient location. Unfortunately the dishwasher was out of action for our entire stay (due to a broken part), the coffee machine was missing a part and the glassware provided was minimal and not to my level of expectation from such a high end property"

"We didn’t realise until we arrived how big the Reef View Hotel was. We had a lovely, spacious and comfortable room. The bathroom was very large too, with double sinks, a bath and shower. It was really convenient to have the shuttle for the ferry and to the airport. The Reef View was also a stopping point for the Island Shuttle and made getting around really easy. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. It was maybe just a blip but our first lunch in the restaurant wasn’t the best...

"We booked Nautilus for a holiday with our adult children. We kept the place as a surprise. It was such a delight to open up the house then and see them see the pool!!! Loved the house and it’s in such a great location too!"

"Great staff & location , they were waiting for us at the airport with the boogie plus bringing our luggage in another boogie , a big plus to have this included with the room , the view from the balcony it’s amazing including the wild life, very convenient to have washer and dryer. Have a late check out because a late flight. I will stay here again."

"From start to finish our stay was amazing. The rental company picked us up at the airport and delivered us to the house. The house has everything we needed and then some. We had cockatoo visits in the morning. The island is beautiful and we felt like we had found paradise! I would definitely recommend this property and rental company!"

"Amazing property, beautiful views very comfortable grat for large family, Amazing pool, close to everything shops, restaurants either stroll down for a walk, or drive a fun buggie, that comes with property , had an amazing 7 nights here, will definitely be coming back again. "Oasis 11 is on the Marina side and you can walk to the Marina to all the eateries. The apartment is spacious and has a lovely view but does need updating as the decor is tired and some of the cupboards/chairs were loose or broken. It comes with a buggy which is handy and kids U12 eat free at some restaurants. Overall, it felt more like a home and was comfortable. Another relaxing and enjoyable stay at Hamilton Island."

"Great location and suited our needs. Private pool area to keep away from the crowds. Close walk to beach and other facilities on Catseye beach. Only down side was nowhere to hang clothes and no one came to fix it. No Wifi but advertised, would not connect no matter what we tried"

"Apartment is spacious and has a fully equiped kitchen, but the master ensuite shower had mould on the floor tiles (which I could remove with my fingers, so simply not cleaned properly), there were no hand towels or face washers available due to a shortage, the 2nd room was not made up as a king as requested for my friend and the washing machine is temperamental and leaks. "

"Fantastic location and beautiful views. Steps away from beach, property has beautiful pool and spa and well maintained property with bus at doorstep. Would definitely stay again. Downside uncomfortable balcony furniture if you just want to laze around on balcony and public laundry facilities."

"Some minor issues with the apartment (gas hob knobs) sorted during our stay. Miscommunication about a BBQ being available. Over all Kym very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!"

"We were a little disappointed on first impressions when we arrived. The apartment look a little tired, the curtains were hanging off the rails. The second bedroom was small, with not much space to walk around the bed and the wardrobes were rammed with items like a camp bed, travel cot, buggy, vacuum cleaner, extra bedding, so we had to take it all out so our children could put their clothing away. The bathroom had not been updated in decades but at least it was clean. It would have been better...

Fantastic self contained accommodation, quiet and

"We were allocated Compass Point 4 which was a one bedroom apartment style property. It was so cool because the property came with a golf buggy which we picked up at the airport. The accommodation was on a hill with beautiful sunset views. It was spacious and clean and contained a BBQ and kitchen which made cooking in very easy. I highly recommend booking these little apartments for a couples getaway. We could also use the commone resort pools at Catseye Beach which was very refreshing. And also had unlimited free hire of non motorised water sport equipment. It was the perfect base for our getaway."
