"Great location and lots of options for pools. This is a solid B+ hotel. The rooms are large and the views are fantastic! They have the airport transfer well organized and work with you to keep your luggage after checkout, but they require 10 am checkout, which is earlier than most hotels. The staff was friendly but were very slow to respond to requests or just said they wouldn't be able to help. It seemed like they were constantly under staffed. "We never ended up staying at the apartments. We called ahead for a late check in but were left the wrong key cards and would not work for the apartment that was reserved for us. The cards had a different room number on them so we thought that maybe it was the paperwork that was wrong. Guess what? The cards did work on the other apartment but I’m sure the guy we woke up at 1:00 in the morning wished they hadn’t.
