"Bermonds Locke is a treasure. The location is fantastic - very safe and a 5-minute walk from Tower Bridge and only a 10-minute walk to the trains and underground. Access from Gatwick on the train is simple and convenient. There are lots of dining options nearby. The unit was clean, and there are nearby grocery places if you prefer breakfast in. We didn't really use it, but the kitchen is very well-equipped. The laundry in the room is nice if you travel light. There is someone at the desk...

"Very well located hotel. The rooms are small (yet the beds are huge) but are very well designed. The smaller rooms are especially convenient for single travellers. There are also larger rooms. The vibe of the hotel makes it a place to hang out."

"Room was clean and well designed. Incredibly comfortable bed. Very quiet. I had an inside room, so no view. On self check-in, the receptionist came over to help me because the system wasn’t very intuitive (and therefore counterproductive). I said I had never stayed at a Maldron, but I travel for work a lot. When I asked if I had a good room allocated, she responded “well you have one of our cheaper rooms. I mean, all the rooms are nice, but..” Restaurant was massively overpriced, so I ate out...

"We had a great stay at CitizenM in Shoreditch- it was easy to get anywhere we wanted and the hotel was comfortable and welcoming. Our only complaint is that only one elevator was working (which we were told about ahead of time), which made for some long waits. We'd gladly stay at the CitizenM again."
