"Hotel is not in the cleanest area, but it has its vibe and I actually liked that. There is shop nearby, a lot of restaurants and places where you can eat nice breakfast. Easy to get with metro or bus. Check in was very easy, reception is 24/7 available, towels in the room, we had a really nice view from top floor, with really nice vibe. "Really lovely property with kitchen, very clean. Bathroom and shower were great. Easy check in and friendly staff. Only thing to note hotel is on a very busy road and although there is triple glazing some road noise can be heard. Would definitely stay again. "

"This place was perfect for us. Family of 4, traveled with my young adult children. We had space, there are balconies in every room. It was spacious. Close to all major public transport. Also love that they partner with local businesses for breakfast or lunch and even the gym. Our next trip to London id absolutely stay here again. Anytime i had a question it was addressed right away."

"Lovely little apartment with all the amenities one could want. A little noisy but possibly just because I’m used to somewhere so quiet. Would have helped to have floor or room numbers on the doors off the stairway to make finding the room more obvious. "

"Middle floor bathroom ran out of loo roll, was mouldy, and had no pole for the shower head to be held in. Lower floor had no loo roll. Bedroom was old and a bit knackered and it was a mattress not worthy of a student pad. The communal areas are filthy, despite being charged a “cleaning fee”. Room had three electric heaters on the floor, two of which are wall mount heaters. Floor had holes where the wood had separated. I’m truly shocked this site has this as an option."

"We did have a wee issue with a door but they sent someone round to fix it within 30 minutes - no complaints. Great location, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. "

"It's a bit further out than I am used to but tbh a short walk to DLR makes getting anywhere easy. Place was spotless. My only negative was there was no milk left even though there was coffee and t bags.. Lots of codes to remember to get in somaje sure you always have a copy to hand. "

"Apartment in terrible condition. Door handles hanging off and didn't work, toilet wouldn't flush, windows didn't shut fully or lock so lots of traffic noise. Dirt on the ceiling above the shower. Was filthy, mouldy and smelly throughout and agent requested an additional £40 cleaning fee in advance. One towel that was dry and crusty. "

"This apartment is fantastic! The owner makes it easy. He is flexible and let us make a couple of necessary modifications. It is spacious and immaculate. The neighborhood is fun and lively for nightlife. He also adds small touches like having coffee, tea and sugar ready plus oils and items for cooking. A laundry is available. There are several umbrellas when needed. The tube is close. Definitely a great place to stay! "

"I enjoyed hiw small and quaint it was but the beds were kind of tough ans the walls are super thin. I DEFINITELY heard someone having sex next door. A bigger tv would be a good step but aside from that, it was just what i needed. "

"A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation."
