"Absolutely superb location directly opposite Liverpool street, easy to find and access however it obviously gets heavy usage and looks a bit tired in places. I was annoyed that despite having a bathtub they have prevented bathing by removing the tap for the bath function of the shower! Obviously a commercial rental run for profit."

No response until I told them that there was so much water coming in that by morning they wouldn’t have a place left to rent!! Breakers were popping! No lights in the kitchen! Water pouring in from the ceiling fixtures! Above us alarms were going off like world war 3!!! Still not a text or phone call! NOTHING!!"

I realise there are other reviews with noise complaints because it is above a bar but given it was easy to close doors from the front room, hall and bedroom - it was easy to block the noise and I didn't find this an issue.
