Find Hotel with a Concierge in East London

"A lovely hotel in a beautiful location, great view of the bridge from the window. Lost a star due to a very young baby in the room right next door, crying all night. Not helped by the adjoining room door reducing any sound proofing. I was a little concerned that I could see right in to the neighbouring rooms as I was placed right in the corner, with no net curtains, I had to have the curtains closed for privacy. I would also say that it would be much better if the beds were on the opposite wall,...

"Very comfortable, well appointed hotel. Soap/shampoo offerings better than what I'm used to in UK hotels. Breakfast was high quality though service in restaurant a bit slow. One caveat: Hotel entrance is from a courtyard off Devonshire Square and not visible from the street. Even London black cab drivers can't find it if they haven't been there before. Use 4 Devonshire Square address for cabs or Ubers than walk up steps into courtyard."

"Lovely hotel and great location as outside the congestion zone. The tube is just 7 mins walk away. Parking is complicated to find instead of using the post code look for St Monica”s Roman Catholic Primary School as the post code takes you to the wrong place."

"AMAZING SERVICE! Was greeted by a very friendly member of staff on arrival and every part of our stay was incredible. We stayed here due to the convenient location this hotel is based, very close to concerts at the O2. Took about 15 minutes in a taxi to get there so very convenient location. Amazing stay overall!"
