"Our stay was lovely. All the staff were friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. Perfect location for where we needed to go and close to the tube station to get around the city. Only issue was had was the shower leaked significantly, filled up the bottom of the shower and took a very long time to get warm enough. "

"Check-in was complicated as e-mail warning of the £50 up-front deposit and need for photo ID was sent to junk mail. Parking is advertised as included in the price, when it’s available on a first come, first served basis and there are only TWO spaces! Bed was not comfortable, only 1 pillow and that felt like resting your head on a patio slab!! On the plus side it was exceptionally cheap and I guess you get what you pay for. "

"Overall my stay was good. Wasn’t given a cookie at checkin as they have no vegan alternative, in 2024 in the uk that’s shocking. The room was bigger than I was expecting so that was nice. There was hair on the table so cleaners either missed it or it was theirs. At breakfast staff were helpful. Decent vegan options. They also have gluten free items if you need that.
