"It was clean and the restaurant was good and reasonable. The room was so small you could barely move around. To use the toilet, you had to stand by the side or squeeze under the sink. On two occasions I had to call security because of the noise until almost midnight. One night the fire alarm went off at 3am. There were no amenities other than a hair dryer. You had to go to the bar to get ice. Staff was unsympathetic. Could not plug the coffee maker in because it was covered by the...

"We were moved to another hotel which house refugee's & other’s that had two 24 hr security guards. Why? So really felt unsafe. We had two gentlemen follow us in a car? Why? This should not be allowed, we should of been told & words cannot express the frighteningly terrible experience."

"EPEC (both of you) were absolutely amazing when I met them on arrival. So kind, helpful, informative and could not do enough to accommodate me and my family. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated by the amazing cleaning ladies - thank you. Rajesh, thank you for managing such a great team downstairs in the Breakfast hall, all ladies especially Mama, were fantastic and put a smile on my face. I shall return again that’s for sure with my family. It’ll be like returning to see friends and family. Best regards The Taak family (Raj)"
