Good clean condition for the price, very clean, but I reccommend staff memeber to use different cleaning stuff for bathroom and bedroom separetly, receptionist very polite, had issue with screming at one of the night from another room but as soon my husband informed the receptionist he was so quick to come and helpful but by the time someone left the property and gone. Over all everything else was fine.

Clean, friendly and convenient place.

Friendly, convenient place with on site parking. Room basic but clean. Breakfast available at a Wetherspoons nearby and not far to the Elizabeth Line for quick access to the centre of London.

Terrible experience

First of all our booking was at Cranbrook hotel, upon arriving there the lady at reception said that they’ve moved our booking to Britannia Inn hotel because she said the hotel is full. We had booked the room in this hotel a month ago and still they moved us to another hotel without any communication. Secondly the other hotel Britannia Inn was terrible. It was a loft converted room and was quite dirty and had a bad smell. We would never book this hotel again!

EXCELLENT TRANSPORT LINKS INTO CENTRAL ZONE 1. BUS SERVICES CONNECT TO UNDERGROUND GANTS HILL OR TOTTENHAM STATIONS ONLY A 30 MINUTE JOURNEY AWAY. VERY WELL SITUATED. Well, personally I believe as a hotel the key point is that hotel is able to provide an environment where customer can have a good sleep. However, the traffic noise is just unbearable. You cannot decide your own sleeping and waking up time the traffic does.

weather was bad and they change my hotel because in my room.was raining. the other hotel was far from the station who caused me some troubles getting around. Room was poor ..the tv not working properly and the cleaning..was poor as well..anyway they change the towels next day...andthose beds very old and bed side cover dirty. Had a nightmare by choosing this hotel. When I went for check in they said they gonna put us somewhere else which has lower rating. Cranbrook hotel could tell us before hand that we not gonna get room while I booked more than week before. First thing i asked when took us to the room is air freshener. Bed frame was broken. Disgusting experience
