"Bed was a bit soft. Nice quirky room and decoration. Bit mean with the teabags (only 1 in the room). Not too obvious when booking that it was a shared bathroom. It is mentioned but I'd expect it to be clearer. Food in pub was great. Continental breakfast was interesting. Used as close enough to ABBA Voyage and transfers were easy. Would happily come back."

"Just needed a quiet place to rest for a night after a busy day at a sports event in Tottenham. Bay Tree House was the perfect haven, with lovely views over Arnos Park. The hosts were welcoming and warm, and the breakfast was more than expected - freshly cooked and plenty of items to choose from. We drove, but the house is near a tube station for convenient access into London locations. Would definitely stay here again."

"It's nice a clean place. You will find everything you need close by: daily shops, pharmacy, restaurants and so on. And most importantly the train station is right behind the house. Furthermore, there are so many bus stops all around the building. I enjoyed a nice view from the kitchen. The owner was very kind and friendly. Definitely, I warmly recommend everyone who wants to delight a nice stay in London. "

"I'll start with the positive aspects: clear check in/out instructions and a really convenient location of the property - steps away from the underground and bus stations. That said, the flat is in a bad state - lots of mold on the walls in the room and in the bathroom, dust, dirty elevator (there was poop on the floor for 3 days) and smelly, overflowing trash in the garbage room in the hallway. "Had a lovely stay - were only there for one night but could have easily stayed longer! Lovely room, breakfast options great and everything was clean. Only thing to consider might be location depending on what you’re after when staying in London but it was perfect for us!"

"I would not book through this company again! Accommodation we booked was not the same. Was at different location nothing like what we paid for, no private bathroom and 3 rd person bed came out of a wood garden shed and accommodation was disgusting!!! "

"This veue showed rooms which did not resemble the one my wife and I had. The toilet bowl was manky, the shower hose leaked almost as much water as came out of the shower head. The shower cubicle itself looked unclean and was surrounded with mould. The pop-up plug in the sink had long since been broken and so would not stay in place to allow the sink to be filled.
