"This hotel was roomy for a London hotel. Very convenient for us to be a short walk to restaurants and the cable car to the O2 arena. Conveniently located near Excel and the Elizabeth Line railway, which took us to Heathrow Airport any many tourist attractions without having to change trains. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "Excellent, ideal for what I wanted, if you want early check in, be prepared for £100 charge, unwanted and was allowed to check in at 14.30. You can leave your luggage in a safe room, and go explore. I’d recommend the Wapping Tavern, the Grapes, and a nice Italian Restaurant (big portions and very reasonable) called La Figa."

"I was moved to the Crown Plaza re maintenance work being carried out at Holiday in Express Old Street. Lovely hotel however this added 1hr each day for travelling over to Shoreditch on the tube which I was trying to avoid using. The hotel was clean however I was quite amazed that they only clean, replenish tea/coffee/water if you ask! this is not done on a daily basis. "
