This is echoed in the bed - pretty hard and not very comfortable while the pillows were 'tough'. I did have a good sleep, but didn't feel rested and even had a slight neck ache. Not sure the a/c actually did what it was supposed to..."

"I was moved to the Crown Plaza re maintenance work being carried out at Holiday in Express Old Street. Lovely hotel however this added 1hr each day for travelling over to Shoreditch on the tube which I was trying to avoid using. The hotel was clean however I was quite amazed that they only clean, replenish tea/coffee/water if you ask! this is not done on a daily basis. "
