"Stayed for a long weekend with family, 4 adults & 2 children. The house is a good size and in a good quiet location easy to get into the centre of London with buses and trains not too far away. Whilst the carpets upstairs look new and the bedding and towels were also new the house is in need of some attention. The kitchen was not very clean also the cooker and fridge were not good. "Stunning? Stunning what a poor quality place this is. No communication from host. Had to chase to get entry details. Filthy. Hairs on bathroom towel - possibly pubic. Bed not made up. Stains on walls. Bad odour in fridge. Dirty bath mats. Rubbish dumped on street outside, old mattresses, hoover, overflowing bins. Shocking that Expedia advertise this place. Would be overpriced at half the rate we paid. Avoid, avoid, avoid. "

"This place fit the budget and was close enough for all our London activities. We needed a little extra space for our adult kids traveling with us, and this place was just right. Michael was attentive as it was quite warm during our stay and he sent us fans to stay comfortable at night. The house is older but that added to its charm."

"A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation."
