We were on our honeymoon and we had VIP access booked, but we did not receive any of these benefits and we asked the reception for any sort of upgrades for honeymoon, we unfortunately didn’t get any room upgrades. "Arrived at 2pm check in time. But the room was not ready until 3:30 pm. Waited in lobby was offer free drink. Other than that Fantastic hotel with best location. Rooms are wonderful with sea views, Breakfast was good. Service is excellent. DMCC metro station is 13 min walk from hotel. Housekeeping is very friendly. Thank you so much. Will definitely stay again. "
