"This property was absolutely amazing!!! My room was spacious, the robe and towels were soft and cozy and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on! The staff was friendly and accommodating; a bellman (I’m so sorry I don’t remember his name) even helped me repack my over-stuffed bag! I give this hotel a 10/10 and will definitely be back!!"

"Our stay at the Sofitel Dubai Palm was amazing. The staff and facilities were fantastic and if we were looking for a chilled beach holiday we would definitely come back here. The only negative we had was that outside of the hotel there is nothing to do on an evening. This is the same for all resorts on the Palm so isn’t against the Sofitel. We had a young child so getting taxis into the Marina etc at night was not great as she would be tired and moany. If you had slightly older children or were a couple then the taxi was only 15-20 minutes into the marina if you fancied a change of scenery"

"We had a really nice time in Dubai. The Taj was a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous pool, a great breakfast buffet and a wonderful room. The only problem with our room is that the ceiling was leaking our first morning and they never cleaned the bathtub after they came and fixed it. They also never told me it was fixed. The bathtub was the only way to know they had been in there. The service in the restaurant was impeccable, however room service was very slow (all we ever ordered was Coke Zero) and it never got better. The food at the buffet in the morning was very good and it had food for pretty much everyone. Lastly, the location was great and very central to the tours and the attractions we were there to experience. Overall a great place to stay!"
