"Staff are friendly and helpful especially the concierge. The hotel overall is clean. Our room was large as we got an upgrade. We were also offered late check out and the option to shower and change before our late flight in the hotel spa. Which was very accommodating. Molten Brown moisturizer and shower gel was nice in the bathroom, In general the hotel needs a spruce up. Walls need painting throughout and curtains need replacing or at least steaming. "Disappointed chap organising taxis outside lied telling me there taxis are the same as Uber complete lie as it was double the price. Unfortunately I was on the way to airport so I could not go back. Other than that the rest of staff were helpful and can’t complain. Nice location. "
