"One of Our Best Family Holidays! We stayed at Sofitel The Palm Dubai from March 29 to April 4 as a family of four, and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, beautifully maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, with a great variety that changed daily. Our younger son has severe food allergies, and we were incredibly impressed by the level of care and attention he received. Special thanks to Chef Diego and Manager Prakash at Manava Restaurant for preparing safe meals for him every day. The Food & Beverage Manager, Lasantha Fernando, personally met with us on arrival and explained how the team would support us throughout the stay. The entire hotel staff was aware of our son’s condition and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. Our Family Deluxe Suite was spacious and perfect for a family. The in-room kitchen, washer, and water purifier were especially useful. We also really enjoyed the beach and the calm atmosphere. We felt safe, relaxed, and truly cared for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel—especially for families with special dietary needs."

"This is my preferred hotel in Deira, as it is close to everywhere that I need to get to. It is a short walk from Union Metro station, which also makes it a short hop from DXB. Leisure facilities are great and the pool is large. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas around."

"Late check out option was very helpful "

"Our whole experience was great. We loved the option of free shuttle service, however it did book out pretty fast. Complimentary Soluna beach access was an highlight. All staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The only negative thing is that on multiple occasions we were told to go to concierge desk but we have never seen a single person at the concierge desk even though we checked several times a day. The entrance/lobby is pretty small and was always very busy, which makes it a not very relaxing entrance and first impression. The breakfast buffet had a ton of variety and excellent options. Coffee was good, but one or two machines seemed to be non-working about half of the time. We loved the proximity of the hotel to Dubai Marina and the fact that we could walk to most places. "
