"Excellent experience at this hotel. All the staff greeting you everyday just walking down the hall and asking if you need anything. They go out of their way to not say no to your requests. The property is beautiful and very lively and it seems that many people from outside the hotel visit the pool and beach facilities. It is expensive for sure, but the quality is there."

The location is perfect with the private beach, close to the first frond, walkable to the Nakheel mall for shopping, views of the palm and dining options. The staff are generally brilliant and the food is good too. We will most likely be back again next year! "
