"Spacious room. Hot showers. They gave me late check out at 1pm instead of 12pm so that was nice. There's a gym and pool on the top floor, with shower. So even after we checked out, we could still shower (they have us towels!) before heading to the airport. that was fabulous. Hotel definitely needs updating though!"

"This was a very nice hotel. Very clean and tidy. The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. I used uber for the first time which was excellent to go where you wanted to visit locally to the malls waterfalls etc."

"The staff in the hotel was really friendly and helpful - no matter if it was about transport, informations ect.. We came arrived in the morning after a long flight, and they arranged a late breakfast for us, despite the official opening hour were already over. Really great service !"

"This is a family friendly resort. It’s well maintained. The staff are incredibly helpful. Lots of good food options for $$ options. You’re not going here to save money. You’re booking this place to enjoy the amenities and resort feel in Dubai. This is the 2nd time visiting and we love it for what it is: a relaxing waterpark family adventure. Yes, it’s an adventure but also relaxing. I was able to spend lots of time at the beach while the teen played at the waterpark. Win win. "
