Able to order additional items such as omelettes but this was not mentioned and only knew as I saw staff walking out the kitchen with food orders. On the downside, the bathroom needed a bit of TLC, the toilet seat was loose and moved as one bolt was missing. "Where do we begin? Right at the arrival we are greeted by the ever smiling and attentive ‘Merry’, as usual going beyond customer service! We know her for many years having been a regular patron of this hotel. She’s still the same as ever. Amazing customer friendly personality. Great to see her do well there.
