"Lovely hotel but a little far away from most popular areas. The spa is lovely as are the rooms. The pool and beach area are very busy and that’s due to them offering day trippers access. Getting space by the pool is hard unless you get there at 7am which I refuse to do as I am on holiday! But there is always space on the beach. Huge hotel but the food in the restaurants are fantastic but be ready to let that wallet rein free! ! "

"This is our second stay at the Burj and it is amazing every time! Check in is fast and efficient, rooms are spacious clean with great amenities. Great butler service, room service is quick and delicious. Breakfast is great and service is top notch. "

"The hotel is very well maintained and the staff are all very friendly and supportive. Clean, great access to pool and beach and transportation to multiple beach clubs all from the hotel provided. We were on our honeymoon and we had VIP access booked, but we did not receive any of these benefits and we asked the reception for any sort of upgrades for honeymoon, we unfortunately didn’t get any room upgrades. Besides that, the overall experience was incredible and we had a great time at the hotel. Definitely recommend for anyone going there! "
