"Shane (Shawn) Front Desk Manager was very helpful making us comfortable although we were early for check in. Great help was baggage, comfort and escort to room. Villa space was great with kitchenette, separate bedroom privacy, dining & family room with tv space."

"The hotel was so nice! Even the hallways smelled fresh! LARGE facility, so if you have trouble walking- I would maybe suggest requesting a room close to the elevator/front desk. But really really convenient to DISNEY! Great breakfast too! "

"Really enjoyed this property, had a nice big room with lots of space. Staff were really nice. My only complaint is that you need cell service to contact the staff, example if you want a shuttle, can call if you are in the room but not helpful when you are outside of the room. I would suggest using a better system that doesn’t require cell service but wifi instead. Staff were really awesome, anything we needed was handled quickly. "Property was great for the 5 of us on a Disney/SeaWorld vacation. Property was clean, the room was a bit dated but clean. Club house didn’t have much in their “store” and the main pool was cold. It was nice for what we needed."
