"We loved the house. The size was great for two families (3 bedroom elite), as everyone had their own space. The pool/spa wouldn’t heat up and we had to ask repeatedly for someone to come help us. They never came. Luckily a neighbour was able to help us after we gave up waiting for maintenance staff. They are definitely short staffed everywhere.
