"Really enjoyed this property, had a nice big room with lots of space. Staff were really nice. My only complaint is that you need cell service to contact the staff, example if you want a shuttle, can call if you are in the room but not helpful when you are outside of the room. I would suggest using a better system that doesn’t require cell service but wifi instead. Staff were really awesome, anything we needed was handled quickly. "Regal Palms is a very tranquil resort. The lazy river and pool area was amazing. The location was superb. It was just a 3 min walk to Publix and several restaurants. The resort itself has a great bar and grill and all the employees were very kind. The pond in the back was very entertaining. There were turtles and baby alligator in there. You could watch the fireworks from Disney off of the balcony. Overall, I would give it a 7 out of 10 for family vacation. "

"First, great location not too far from WDW and Disney Springs, local shops, and restaurants. Second, overall stay was just what we needed: space for our toddler and 1.5 YO, clean, easy enough access with easy instructions, and great amenities! Third, host was very responsive and always replied timely. We look forward to returning and booking here again!"

"Location relative to the Pool is excellent. Cleanliness of the Condo was good. It had a skunk smell when we arrived. We cleared it quickly. The grounds and pool area was not cleaned daily. There were crews working on cleaning so maybe we were there at a bad time. This complex has many owners using their properties. The owners were very friendly with the renting guests. We will return to Legacy again"
