Confusion about their promoted 3 room categories, being 22; 25 and 28 m2. We booked the Executive type (supposed to be 28 m2), but was certainly less. Complained and changed rooms, but although the new was a bit bigger I am not sure it was better overall..."

"It was ok, and a vast improvement over our last stay in Hanoi, as it was far from the touristy and scam-filled Old Quarter. Accommodations were nice, but covid still affected some ammenities, ie. no breakfast [closed], and we couldn't get extra pillows [had to buy our own]. Still, good value for the price, and in a better part of the city."

"You'll get what you pay for. :) I believe it was quite reasonable for the price. It is located bit off from main road but just 5-10 min on foot. Used Deluxe room but on 2nd (1st) floor which was bit surprised. Room was clean and big enough. Breakfast was convenient, but again, do not expect too much. But still it was okaysh or even good, considering its price. :) Staffs were all so kind and willing to help all the time, which was the best part of this hotel. :)"
