The rooms were smaller than expected. especially if you have big suitcases there isn't much space for storage. we didn't get a room with a view so it felt claustrophobic. the window was just a wall. which I guess was expected. other wise the room service, facility, food, reception service was great. "Hotel is fairly new, bathroom and bedroom look and felt very clean, Vietnam was hot when I traveled, I noticed the split ac did not have much air coming out, so I check filter screen was dirty, after cleaning was good to go. I got room on ground floor on the rear of hotel, it was pretty quiet. There were lots of pho shops about 40,000 vnd and were fairly cheap around the hotel. I paid hotel 80,000 vnd for pick up from airport, and same for drop off. Their hair cut store in back of hotel cost...
